95% of people settle for average. But as parents, are we exuding high-performance in our own lives and careers and are we setting the best example of high-performance to our young people? In this talk, Dr. Peter A. James will provide the audience with five key areas which will allow one to initiate this high-performance mindset in both their personal and professional lives moving forward. While this will benefit the leader, employee or entrepreneur, it will also provide a solid example for those who watch us the most, our young people.

Continuing professional development units are available.
